Dr. Joseph Dubroff is a dedicated naturopathic physician with more than two decades of experience helping patients improve their health through holistic, evidence-informed care. His approach blends modern scientific understanding with traditional healing therapies, creating a balanced, whole-person model of medicine. Dr. Dubroff earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 1997, where he developed a strong foundation in human physiology and biomedical sciences. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at The National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon in 2002—one of the most respected institutions in the field.
Throughout his training, Dr. Dubroff focused on a three-prong approach to holistic medicine:
Scientific, evidence-based botanical and nutritional medicine
Stimulating the body’s natural healing mechanisms through homeopathy and hydrotherapy
Diet, lifestyle, and preventive strategies to promote long-term health and wellness
His interest in mental and emotional health led him to complete a year-long residency in mental health and homeopathic applications, during which he gained extensive experience working with complex emotional and neurological cases. He later designed a full-year Continuing Medical Education (CME) program to teach mental health professionals about safe and effective alternative therapeutic applications.
Dr. Dubroff has lectured widely in community centers, hospitals, and professional medical settings, sharing his knowledge on natural medicine, homeopathy, functional approaches to health, and the integration of holistic therapies into modern care. He began his clinical career in Portland, where he also served as a preceptor physician, mentoring naturopathic medical students in homeopathic practice.
In 2007, he moved to Los Angeles to work alongside an orthopedic surgeon, further expanding his expertise in musculoskeletal conditions, regenerative techniques, and pain-focused therapies. After two years, he established his own holistic practice in Orange and San Diego County, where he continues to provide compassionate, comprehensive, and individualized care to patients seeking natural solutions for their health challenges.
